1.3. Anchorage Point : On the Muara Jawa / Muara Berau.
1.4. Production Capability : 25,000 – 50,000 MT / Month.
1.5. Capacity of the River : 300 Feet.
2. QUALITY OF STEAM COAL
Quality of Coal Shall be according to AMERICAN SOCIETY TESTING AND MATERIALS (ASTM)
Standard Methods Analisys, and offering with detail parameters as follows :

3. QUANTITY OF STEAM COAL
The Seller will provide the amount 25,000 MT / Month ( ±10% ).
4. PAYMENT CONDITION & TERM
- The Best Price for the above mentioned Row Coal sold under this offer shall be IDR
FOB Barge.
- Payment Cash 50% when contract signed – 40% when loading starts – 10% shipping doc
delivered to Buyer.
5. DELIVERY
Ready to Laycan December, 2010.
( Site visit can be done after signing contract )
6. INSPECTION
Quality and Quantity determined at jetty by an acceptable, accredited and Independent Surveyor as
per Buyer’s approval.
7. VALIDITY
This Full Offer (FCO), shall remain valid for the duration of three (3) days after the date of issue.
